Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are shown before applicable taxes. Applicable GST, HST, QST, PST, or other taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable laws.

Sales and Deliveries in Quebec

For orders delivered within the Province of Quebec, sales and fulfillment services are provided through Fleur d'Elise, a Quebec-registered subsidiary of Cevalt Technology Inc.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, severe weather events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping

  • We ship throughout Canada.

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier, package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

  • Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are displayed before order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be charged to the customer.

Remote and Northern Areas

Certain remote or northern locations, including parts of Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and rural regions of Canada, may have limited shipping availability, higher shipping costs, or longer delivery times. Any applicable charges and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout whenever possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Liquid Product Shipping

Our products are liquid fertilizers and are packaged with care using secure containers and sealing methods designed to minimize the risk of leakage during transportation.

Winter Shipping Advisory

Due to the liquid nature of our products, shipments may be affected by extreme cold temperatures. We monitor weather conditions and reserve the right to delay shipment during severe cold periods to help protect product quality.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect products during cold-weather shipping, we cannot guarantee against freezing or temperature-related damage occurring during transit or after delivery.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs procedures, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number;

• Photographs of the damaged package and products; and

• A brief description of the issue.

For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Product Inspection and Storage

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and storing them according to the instructions provided on the product label. JardinLab is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer after shipment may be subject to return shipping charges and any applicable restocking or administrative fees permitted by law.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated policy on our website.
