- Quebec Customers
For orders delivered within the Province of Quebec, sales, fulfillment, and customer service are provided through Fleur d'Elise, a Quebec-registered subsidiary of Cevalt Technology Inc.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Final Sale Policy
Due to safety requirements, environmental considerations, quality control standards, and the chemical nature of our liquid fertilizer products, all sales are considered final except as required by applicable consumer protection laws and as expressly provided in this policy.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Change-of-mind purchases;
• Ordering the wrong product or quantity;
• No longer needing the product;
• Improper product selection;
• Dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality, shipping damage, or order accuracy.
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, products that have left our facility cannot be resold or returned to inventory, as we cannot verify their handling, storage conditions, or integrity after shipment.
3. Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items
We may issue a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
• The product was damaged during transit, including leaking containers, cracked bottles, or broken factory seals;
• The wrong product or incorrect volume was shipped;
• The product is defective or does not conform to its description, subject to verification by our team.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products that have been improperly stored, frozen, overheated, diluted, mixed with other substances, or used contrary to label instructions.
4. How to Submit a Claim (48-Hour Window)
If your order qualifies under one of the exceptions listed above, you must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim:
• Email greenInfo@cevalt.com.
• Include your order number and full name.
• Provide clear photographs of:
o The product received;
o Any visible damage;
o The packaging materials; and
o The shipping label attached to the package.
Do not discard any packaging materials, damaged containers, or shipping boxes until your claim has been reviewed.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour period or without sufficient supporting documentation may be denied.
5. Delivery and Shipping Issues
• Delivered Packages
Once a carrier records a shipment as delivered to the address provided by the customer, JardinLab is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating with the carrier when appropriate.
• Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, we will investigate the matter with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
6. Refused Deliveries
Refusing a shipment or failing to collect a package from a carrier depot does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, any refund, store credit, or replacement may be reduced by:
• Original shipping charges;
• Return shipping fees charged by the carrier; and
• Any applicable administrative costs.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or return charges required to resend the order.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification or cancellation requests received before order processing begins.
However, once an order has entered fulfillment, been packaged, or been shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or intercepted.
9. Refund and Replacement Processing
Once a claim has been reviewed and approved:
• Replacements
o Replacement orders will typically be shipped within 1–3 business days at no additional cost to the customer.
• Refunds
o Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
o Depending on the financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Product Performance Disclaimer
Growing results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including plant variety, water quality, environmental conditions, cultivation methods, lighting, temperature, and growing media.
Accordingly, JardinLab does not guarantee specific growth rates, yields, flowering performance, crop quality, or other cultivation outcomes.
- Governing Law
This policy shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and, where applicable, the Province of Quebec, together with the applicable laws of Canada.
